Take More Selfies


Every time I see/hear the word "selfie" it's either someone complaining about seeing them or apologizing for taking one. :o)

And I'm like: "what??"

I'm a big fan of Instagram (leave me alone, it makes me feel like I have friends) and I love seeing your pictures of sunsets and sunrises and trendy lunch places and new shoes and current projects and fallen leaves and nail polish and your dog, but nothing is as beautiful as your face. You're a human being. You're kind of the star of creation, you know. So please, go ahead, take another selfie! I don't care if it's in the bathroom mirror, I don't even care if it has duck lips. You're beautiful! And I like looking at you.

    I will admit to being one of those nay-sayers when it comes to selfies, but mainly just when people post 50 of them in one day and they are all the same or joking around when I see my guy friends taking a selfie. I totally love your post though!
