    This reminded me of a quote I heard in a movie about Hosea last night- God's love is not dependent on us (what we do, etc). He just loves us. Thanks for sharing.

    What an encouragement! You know what's funny, I look at those nature shots and thank our Creator for their beauty… and He loves us more than those, thinks we're more beautiful than them, cares enough to send His Son to die for us… it is AMAZING, thanks for the reminder!

    I read it and I didn't like it. I read it again. Like being slapped. I read it again. I read the comments. I read it again. It actually made me feel...angry. Why, why, why? Then I realised...

    I am imperfect. It hit home. Those things on the screen were things in me, my life, my world. Things I hate about myself. Things I try to hide. Yet, I was being offered unconditional love. But I felt undeserving of that love, so I felt angry and confronted.

    But we're all imperfect and we are all deserving of love, forgiveness, mercy. I deserve love. I deserve to love and be loved and I am truly blessed because I can say that I do have that in my life.

    Thank you for the reminder.
