Vote For Me!! (If you want to)
I did something crazy.
I entered a contest!! OK, maybe that's not so crazy, but it's crazy for me. I'm not exactly the competitive type. Something about fear of failure I think. ;o) But the gorgeous NYC sewing store Pins and Needles (such a cute name!) asked me to be part of a their "Surprise Sewing Challenge" contest and here is what I made!
I called it the "I Love You Dots" ensemble. I love a good cheesy pun.
Here are the supplies they sent for me to work with-aren't they darling? Cutest prints ever. I adored all of it!
And this project actually has a little bit of a story that goes with it but I'm not sure if I want to share it before you vote, haha. ;o) Just a little lesson in procrastination. If I have time today I might come back and add it to this post.SO!
If we win the contest we get to donate $100 to our favorite charity which I'm super excited about. I'm choosing Orphan's Lifeline of Hope Int'l, because I really love children. It was also cofounded by a relative of mine, so that's pretty cool.
But please! Don't vote for mine just because it's mine. I want you to pick your favorite!
There are several other GORGEOUS entries over at Pins and Needles blog, so go check them out and VOTE HERE for your favorite!
Thanks!!
Love,
Disney
