Easiest Necklace Ever!
I saw this necklace from Banana Republic the other day:
Beautiful!
It got me thinking: "lace + chain = cute!!"
Painted a 9" strip of lace....
And hand-sewed it onto the loops of an 18" chain.
I. Love. It. :o)
I thought about adding a bow, or a few vintage buttons:
Boyfriend jeans with pearl earrings, pumps, and a lace necklace?
Yes.
Happiness.
And plus-surprise!!
Look what I got in the mail:
A couple of days ago I found a cute new blog; A Lemon Squeezy Home.
I linked to it, and Christy was so thankful, that she let me pick an adorable pendant from her shop! How amazing is that?!
I felt so guilty for accepting the gift, but not guilty enough to stop me from enjoying it :o)
I love it!
I added it to this chain, with a pearl and dragonfly.
Well, take care, dear friends!
and
Have a happy Valentine's Day everyone!!

I am absolutely in love with your site!!! What a find! I just stumbled across this site today! Total Happiness!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, it all looks horrible. I don't understand how you would be able to pair this outfit and think it works.
ReplyDeleteYour site is just adorable, and I love the idea for this lace necklace. Very cute!
ReplyDeletejust be careful with spray paints, they are usually very toxic and not meant to come in prolonged contact with the skin, even after they dry. Next time, try getting gold fabric paint, they even have fabric spray paints.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant! So simple! I love it.
ReplyDeleteLoving this...I am adding a link from my blog! Thank you for sharing this with us.
ReplyDeleteI love this! I just made one a couple of minutes ago.
ReplyDeleteJust adorable, but I was a little concern about the spray paint. Is it possible to use spray fabric paint. I must say very simple and inexpensive gift to give someone.
