Earring Shoe Clips!

Much like the bird mobile, this is something I invented that everyone else invented, too! It's only natural though, since it's so simple and pretty!

1) Find some old clip on earrings:

Local thrift store, $1.50

2) Find out how ugly they are when you put them on:

Yikes!

3) Clip them to your shoes instead!!

Pretty, pretty!

I originally bought them to put on necklaces, which I will probably still do. But now I have to go back and get more, in every color, for the rest of my shoes!

Little side note about the "props";

The other day I asked my husband if he had any (of his millions of) books that he could spare for a project I was going to make. He returns from his office with three gorgeous old books dating from 1850-1888! Like I'm going to cut up a beautiful 160 year-old book!! Then he tells me, nonchalantly, "Oh, there's a whole box of these at the Church building marked 'get rid of''." I almost peed my pants!!

They are now nestled comfortably(and safely!) in my living room.
